Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to my terms and conditions. My terms and conditions for my commissions are as follows:I reserve the right to refuse any commission without having to explain why.All of my work is my own. All of my commissions are for credited personal use only. Do not sell my art, feed it to AI training algorithms, edit out my signature, mint NFTs, claim it as your own, or post it without credit.Turnabout time may vary, depending on how busy I am and how complicated the piece is. Unless it is a particularly complex piece, I will do my best to complete it within 31 days.Once the content and price of the commission are agreed upon, I will begin work. Once the sketch/plan layer is completed, I will send it to the commissioner to ask if any revisions need to be made. At this stage, revisions are free. Once the sketch layer has been approved, I will ask for a deposit of half of the full cost. (unless the commission is just for a sketch, then I will ask for the full payment.)Once I am finished with the piece, I will send a lower quality export of the piece and ask for any final revisions. At this point, I would ask for additional costs for any large revisions to be made. Once the final piece has been approved, I will take the rest of the payment, as well as potential revision fees. Once they have paid, I will email them a high-quality export of the piece, and then upload it onto my art tumblr, with a @mention to their tumblr. If the commissioner wishes to remain anonymous, please tell me beforehand.I will not draw the following:
-paedophilic, incestuous, necrophilic, zoophilic, or non-consensual relationships
-promotion of hatespeech or bigotry
-animals
-hyperrealism/realism
-kink or fetish-oriented
-furries or anthro (i just don't know how to do it lmao)
-mecha or complex armour
-copying other people's artstyles
-real peopleI will draw:
-ocs (as long as an adequate reference sheet is supplied)
-some ships (just ask!)
-nsfw and suggestive content
-characters from media i'm not in the fandom of (as long as adequate reference material is provided)
-sonas of real people (as long as adequate reference material is supplied)
Prices
My prices for my work are in £GBP, and are based around the UK national minimum wage (£10/hr). I accept payment through Paypal, and as a result, I would ask that only people over 18 pursue a commission.
